Welcome to OBEA! Our mission is to recognize, encourage, and promote excellence in business disciplines and to provide networking and professional opportunities for our members.
|OBEA President's Message|
Welcome back to the new school year. While your summer travels may have taken you beyond Oregon’s borders, we hope you will join OBEA and attend the 2014 WBEA conference in Portland, February 13-17. The City of Roses will welcome business technology educators from the western US and Canada for a conference with Relevant Opportunities and Strategies for Excellence. Why not make ROSE your motto this year as you plan classroom and professional development activities.
Your membership in OBEA brings Relevant topics and course information to you through the newsletter, website, conference speakers, workshops, computer sessions, and tours.
Take advantage of Opportunities for networking, leadership positions, and conference attendance to take your teaching experience beyond the classroom.
Plan Strategies for lessons, projects, student leadership organizations, and school involvement with ideas gained from the resources and information available through your professional organization.
See Excellence in your program, students, and yourself as you join with others in your field who contribute to the pertinent courses and training we offer our secondary and post-secondary business students.
